店舗の歴史History|

当店の歴史はお団子の製造機械から始まりました。1978年に浅草のかっぱ橋にショールームとして店舗を構えて現在まで、プロ用の厨房機器を探している飲食店関係の方をはじめ調理器具専門店として国内外からたくさんのお客様に足を運んでいただいております。
また、あまり世に出回っていない珍しい調理器具の取扱いや種類の豊富さもあります。
料理人の方から料理を楽しむ方まで、是非一度足を運んで調理器具の宝探しをしてみてください。

Our store started with dango manufacturing machines, and in 1978, we opened a store as a showroom in Kappabashi, Asakusa, and to this day, we have been serving customers both domestically and internationally as a cookware specialty store, including people in the restaurant industry who are looking for professional kitchen equipment. We had a lot of customers visit us.
The great thing about our store is that it is a store where professionals can trust our products to purchase products, and even ordinary people can purchase products for professional use. We also carry a wide variety of rare cooking utensils that are not commonly available.

旧鈴木信也機械製作所は自動団子串刺機を製作する会社として大きくなり、特許も取得してきました。
様々なお団子に対応できる機械を作り、和菓子を作るお客様へ貢献致しました。

展示会にも自動団子串刺機をはじめ、様々な製菓機械を積極的に出展してきました。世の中に旧鈴木信也機械製作所の製菓製造機械が知れ渡る良い機会となっていました。

製菓団子製造機械だけではなく、厨房調理器具専門店として浅草の合羽橋に店舗（ショールーム）を開設し、一般のお客様からプロの方まで来店していただける店舗となりました。

現在の店舗にあるような様々な調理器具の商品を販売し始め、合羽橋の中でも老舗調理器具専門店となりメディアにも紹介される店舗となりました。現在も国内外からたくさんのお客様にご来店いただいております。
